Wrong license ordered or not needed after all?
No worries! At Softload.com, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. Did you accidentally buy the wrong license, or decide not to use the purchased software after all? Then you can use our revocation policy.
As long as the license has not been activated and you notify us within 14 days of purchase, you will receive a full refund.

How do you request a return?

Send an email to info@softload.nl containing:

  • Your full name

  • The order number

  • The reason for return

Our technical department will check if the license code is unused. Is everything okay? If so, we will process your refund within two business days.

Important conditions:

  • You have 1 month to activate your license. After this period, the right to a replacement license code expires. This means that we cannot guarantee refunds or reissues after this period, even in case of loss, deletion or technical problems. Therefore, preferably activate the software as soon as possible after receiving it.

  • Deletion of the software, crash of your device or formatting of the hard drive may cause the license to be lost. In that case, unfortunately, we cannot offer a replacement or refund.
