Welcome to the instruction page. This page lists the downloads with corresponding steps. Click on the product you purchased to open the window.

In the case of an Office installation: First uninstall the existing office applications on your PC before you start installing. This actually prevents a lot of complications that can occur during the installation. You can remove the existing office installations manually through your own settings or choose the handy "Office Removal Tool" below. We always recommend using the tool, that way you can be sure everything is completely removed.

Office removal tool

You can easily uninstall office from your PC with Office's uninstallation tool. You should uninstall an older office version from your PC to avoid complications during installation.

Office 2021 Professional Plus (Windows)

When installing Office: Make sure no existing Office product is installed on your PC.
Download Office 2021 Professional Plus from a link below (The download will start immediately):

Sometimes the message "unknown/not safe" comes up, you can click retain. It is completely safe.

Steps for installation:

  1. Open the downloaded file.

  2. Open setup.exe. The installation will do everything itself. This is a click-to-install installation.

  3. After installation, you can look up any of the Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) in the Windows search bar and open it.

  4. Enter your product code that you received by email.

  5. When the Activation wizard opens, select I want to activate the software by phone and click Next (only phone activation works!).

  6. Select your country/region and call the phone number provided.

  7. A security code is prompted. Let the robot speak the digits in full and only then enter the digits.

  8. The automatic response asks for the Installation ID. Enter the Installation ID in the wizard (this is a long string of numbers).

  9. You will be returned a confirmation id. Enter this confirmation id on the screen in front of you and press Next.

  10. Enjoy an activated Office installation!

Office 2021 Home and Business (MAC)

When installing Office: Make sure no existing Office product is installed on your PC.

  1. Open your web browser and navigate to https://setup.office.com

  2. Follow the steps on the screen.
    You will need a Microsoft account for this.

  3. After following the steps at setup.office.com, you will get a download file. Open this file and begin the installation.

  4. The installation will do everything itself. This is a click-to-install installation.

  5. After installation, look up any of the Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) in the Windows search bar and open it.
    Here you will be prompted for online activation or phone activation. Choose the online activation (unless otherwise specified with the license).

  6. Enjoy an activated Office installation!

Office 2019 Professional Plus (windows)

When installing Office: Make sure no existing Office product is installed on your PC.

Download Office 2019 Professional Plus from a link below (The download will start immediately):

Steps for installation:

Windows 11

Windows 11 can be downloaded from the following link:

Here you can download the download tool and follow all the steps. After the installation, you can fill in the license. If it has Windows 11 Home on it and you purchased a Pro license, you can also fill it in.

Note: Occasionally an error message comes out that the license is not working. In that case, you can reboot and the upgrade will still run.

Windows 10

Windows 10 can be downloaded from the following link:

Here you can download the download tool and follow all the steps. After the installation, you can fill in the license. If it has Windows 10 Home on it and you purchased a Pro license, you can also fill it in.

Windows 10 Enterprise

Windows 10 Enterprise can be downloaded from the following link:

Here you can download the ISO file. After downloading, open the ISO file and then click Setup.

After installation, enter the provided product key to activate it.

Adobe Creative Cloud

To activate your Adobe product key and unlock all features, follow these simple steps:

  1. Send a mail to info@softload.nl with your Adobe mail address.

  2. You will receive an invitation email from Adobe. Follow the steps in the email and sign up.

  3. Enjoy your purchase! The product is activated, now you can download the applications from Creative Cloud.

Adobe Photoshop / Premiere Elements

You can download the software here (choose the 2024 version):

Download and install the software.
During installation, you can enter the license code.
The product is activated and ready to use.

No license code in confirmation email?
If you ordered Photoshop or Premiere Elements and no license code is included, you do not need to do anything. The order is in processing and you will automatically receive a second email with license code and download.
