According to Microsoft, this code has already been activated on another device. Please enter your information below, and we'll verify the code and replace it if necessary.

Activation limit reached (0xC004C020)

You can resolve this by activating your service over the phone. Follow the step-by-step guide at softload.nl/instructies. If that doesn't work, check the box below, and we'll forward your question.

Where can I find the installation ID?

The installation ID is displayed on the activation screen: select “Activate by phone” there . It is a series of 9 blocks, each containing 7 digits. Enter this information at visualsupport.microsoft.com. You can find the complete step-by-step guide at softload.nl/instructies.

Installation ID returns an error / Installation ID required

Enter your full installation ID (9 blocks of 7 digits) below. We'll then send you the confirmation ID as soon as possible, which you'll use to complete the activation.

The Microsoft website isn't working

Try this first:

  1. A different browser (e.g., Edge instead of Chrome, or vice versa).
  2. An incognito/InPrivate window.
  3. Another network, such as your phone's hotspot.

The license used to work, but it no longer does

Download or installation problem

Use the official download for your product at softload.nl/instructies. Is it for Office? If so, first make sure that all existing Office/Microsoft 365 installations have been completely uninstalled (then restart your PC), and only then proceed with the installation. Having trouble? Adobe subscription no longer works

Check your email inbox, including your spam folder: an invitation is sent automatically (the subject line starts with “[TP Adobe Service] Your Adobe Creative…”). Follow the instructions in that email to join the new organization and click the link. Then log out of Creative Cloud and log back in. If you haven’t received anything or don’t have access yet after a few hours, check the box below.
