It is of course annoying if you have a complaint about one of our products or our services. It is important to us that you are satisfied and we will do everything possible to find a suitable solution.

How can you file a complaint?

You can submit your complaint by sending an e-mail to:

Please state as clearly as possible:

  • Your name

  • Order number

  • A description of the complaint

Our complaints department staff will take your report seriously and will assess it carefully. After receiving your complaint, we will send you a confirmation.

Response deadline

We strive to respond to each complaint within 14 days of receipt. Should more time be needed for careful investigation, we will notify you.

Not satisfied with our solution?

Are you not satisfied with the handling of your complaint? Then you can contact the mediation department of Stichting Webshop Keurmerk, of which we are a member. They will help you find a solution.
