Welcome to the installation and activation instructions for Adobe Creative Cloud. Follow the steps below for a successful installation and activation.

After your purchase, you will receive an email from [email protected] within approximately 24 hours. This email is from the Adobe distributor. The screenshot below shows what the email looks like, with highlighted sections.

PLEASE NOTE: The email often ends up in your spam folder, so be sure to check your inbox thoroughly, including the spam folder. If you still haven’t received the email after 36 hours, please contact us.

1: These are the first steps you should take once you’ve received the email. Log out of your Creative Cloud account via your web browser, then log back in and click “Join Team,” then select the organization assigned to you.

2: After completing step 1, you’ll see at step 2 that you need to click a link, which is located right below it.

3: Click on the link; this link activates your subscription. If you don’t do this, the organization you joined won’t work—this is an essential step to make the subscription work. Once you’ve clicked the link, your subscription is activated, and you can get started.
